up with feet shoulder width apart, place palms on lower abdomen, close your eyes
and slowly breath through your nose, gradually expanding your diaphragm, your
hand should move outward, hold for a count of 5 then exhale slowly through your
mouth do this 10 times. Try it every day you will feel great! |
