andidias is a single cell fungus that is always present in the human genital and intestinal tracts. It usually causes no harm, but when antibiotics, immune suppressants, or birth control pills are used, it can then grow and cause infection (people with impaired immune function are very susceptible).

When candidias overgrows it usually affects the mouth (white patches), ears, nose, toenails, fingernails, athletes foot, gastrointestinal tract & vagina.

In the most severe cases it can travel though the blood stream and affect all organs. As the fungus grows it releases toxins that further weaken the immune system, and make the infected person really ill. Usually the symptoms (see list at left), mimic other illnesses so Cadida ablican infections can sometimes be hard to diagnose.

To make things worse the candidias can also cause allergies to foods that before the infection were consumed with no problems. Anything that kills the beneficial bacteria ( lactobacilli ) such as antibiotics, or changes the body pH and a diet high in sugar encourages the candidia fungus to flourish. Hormone changes during a woman's monthly cycle can also cause chronic infections.

The candidas feeds on sugar so it is very important to follow the diet below.The diet along with the following herbal supplements will control candidas, support the friendly bacteria, improve the immune system, and put you on the road to recovery. (Remember to check with your doctor before taking any supplements if you are currently taking medication). When the yeast begins to die off, you may experience flu like symptoms because of the toxins the fungus releases when it dies.

Natural Remedies
2X a Day

1Tablespoon psyllium husks mixed in
8 oz. distilled water

2 caplets yeast defense

3x a Day1 tsp. Colloidal Silver (or as directed)
Take as DirectedAcidophilus friendly bacteria use non dairy formulas (restores the balance)
2 Cloves a day or as DirectedGarlic raw, cooked, or supplement form

Read all food labels so you know exactly what you are consuming.
Foods you must avoid for three months: then slowly add one at a time back into your diet.
Dairy products and foods containing dairy: use Rice Dream or Almond milk to substitute.
Sugar: check all food labels other names for sugar include: brown, granulated, powdered, dextrose, fructose, galalactose, glucose, glycogen, lactose (milk sugar) maltose, mannitol, monosaccharides, polysaccharides, sorbitol, sucrose, barley malt, honey, maple syrup, molasses, maple sugar, date sugar, turbinado sugar. Use stevia in replace of sweeteners.
Nuts: peanuts, pistachios, and walnuts
All fruits: and fruit juices, start back to fruits by eating apples, grapefruits, strawberries, and melons only after the first three months
Animal protein: avoid red meat, avoid antibiotics in poultry & eggs if possible in your area.

Eat Only Yeast Free Breads

What you can eat freely (unless you are allergic to them):
eggs
all vegetables and legumes
(except mentioned above)
fish/shell fish

whole grains: kamut, millet, brown rice, wild rice, spelt, teff
nuts: almond, brazil nut, filbert, macadamia nut, pecan, pine nut
poultry: chicken, turkey, Cornish hen, duck, goose, game birds

Eat four to five small meals a day this gives the body the fuel it needs otherwise the body will rob the muscles of essential nutrients.
Drink allot of water a gallon a day if you can, distilled only.
Psyllium: take one tbls in large glass of water with aloe juice 2X a day to promote and maintain healthy bowels and rid the body of toxins.
Essential Supplements: use nondairy, gluten, yeast, artificial color and flavor free only.
